Why Day and Night?

To begin with, I was a bit sceptical about using a separate toothpaste day and night as it meant having two toothpastes where I once had one. So many of us use a different moisturiser for day and night. Our morning beauty routines prep us for the day ahead and our evening routines are they to help us rest and our bodies to repair.

Alternating between a day and overnight toothpaste challenges the development of oral bacteria. The two pastes channel their different active ingredients to nurture teeth and work at harmony with your body, whilst reinforcing the habit to brush twice a day.

The Ingredients

I absolutely love the taste of rose and hadn’t expected this to come through beside the mint but both toothpastes have a wonderfully delicate flavour to them. The BOCA DAY contains invigorating ginseng and the BOCA NIGHT has calming chamomile and soothing aloe vera which perfectly compliments a nighttime routine.
